We guarantee that your order arrives in safe, perfect condition. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we can make immediate arrangements. Please include your order number within the email.
We offer free samples with every product order (not samples-only orders)! You may request up to 4 specific samples of fragrances or products in the comments area upon checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, based upon availability.
We can not guarantee you will receive all the samples you request, but, depending on availablility, we will do our best to accomodate all reasonable requests.
We offer free gift wrapping. In the Comments or Ordering Instructions Section, please note which items you would like wrapped and any special message you would like included.

Standard USA Ground shipping is free on orders $100 or more. Just select the free shipping option from the pull down menu when checking out.
Orders over $150 may require an in-person signature at the time of delivery. You can waive this requirement by accepting all responsibility for the package and noting in the comments or order instruction section that you would like the package sent with no signature required for delivery.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard and Discover. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We also accept payments via Paypal.com. You can simply proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to pay with PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept checks or CODs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt if order has been received by 10am CST. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. If you select PayPal as your payment option, please note that the funds are transferred instantly at the time of your order.
If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. All Expedited orders must be placed by NOON CST to be shipped the same business day.
BACKORDERS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If an order contains a back-ordered or sold out product, we will not ship the order until the missing products are back in stock.
Once your order is placed with lapetiteparfumerie.com, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your order tracking number.
We offer free pick up for our local customers. Select the In-Store Pick Up option from the shipping pull-down menu and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Please allow at least 3 hours for processing during normal business hours. Orders placed after hours will be processed the following business day. Store hours for pick up are Tuesday through Friday 10:30am-4pm CST, please call if you are unable to come by during those hours and we will do our best to accommodate you! Please note: You will receive complimentary samples as well as any gift with purchases you qualify for at the time of pick-up.

La Petite Parfumerie will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell.
Certain personal items (UNSEALED products and ALL cosmetics), ALL FRAGRANCES* (see below), as well as Clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions), are considered final sales.
If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the merchandise via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to tell us which items you wish to return and the reason. When we approve your request, we will notify you via email or on the phone and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the merchandise which is unopened, unused and in saleable condition, along with your Return Authorization Number.
Please note: Do not send merchandise in a padded envelope or other non-sturdy package - if we receive the product(s) back damaged - we cannot refund you, it must arrive back to our warehouse in perfect saleable condition. We recommend that you insure the package as well - as we cannot be responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing.
All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will promptly contact you to gather your credit card information so we may credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. We ask that you specify the reason for your return in the email or phone call, as we love to learn how to serve you better!
*Fragrances: Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances, fragranced body creams, fragranced shower gels or fragrance samples, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.
